Thank you for participating in the Microsoft Community. I'm Kates, an Outlook.com user and an Independent Advisor. I'm sorry to hear that you're not able to send and receive emails with your Outlook. Let me see what works for you.
I'm assuming you're setting up your BT Email account with an Outlook program. In most cases, send/receive issues may have something to do with your Email account settings. How did you configure your account, are you using POP, IMAP, or Exchange?
