Uanble to delete Linkedin Birthdays

Please be informed that you can remove your birthday events by following the steps that I have provided below:

Steps in removing birthday event in Calendar:

1. Remove associated services (LinkedIn)
2. Refresh your birthday calendar
3. Delete then re-create birthday calendar (allowing 24 hours for it to finish updating)

Please be informed that once you've managed to connect your social networking accounts to your Outlook.com account, all information such birthday events, contacts will be added to your Outlook.com account and the only way to remove this to your Outlook.com account is to remove all associated services. You may follow the steps provided by Christian_N for proper steps about this.

I have similar problems and need to refresh this thread.

For quite a long time I have a several duplicates of birthdays entries in my calendar and what's worse in most cases I even can't remove the duplicates.

Because this case is annoying me constantly, I wanted to completely remove the link between LinkedIn and my outlook account using the MS Account control panel in web browser. But when I do this, I get such message: There seems to be some trouble removing this service from your account right now. Please try again later."

Can anyone help me?

Awesome, now how do you actually perform those steps?

I don't want 300 Linkedin birthdays on my calendar, and its actually more like 400 at the moment as so many are duplicated. Please give us actual instructions on how to do this...?
