Microsoft Outlook Calendar

My events on my Outlook calendar are not accurate. Several times I have received emails from the Outlook calendar saying I have a package arriving from Amazon today that has already been delivered two weeks ago. How do I fix it to get accurate information?

Time zone settings may be the possible reason why your Outlook calendar is providing inaccurate information. To assist you better, kindly answer the following questions:

Have you made any recent changes prior to this issue?
Have you tried checking the Time zone settings if correct?
Have you tried checking if the event will repeat or not?

My time zone is correct. The problem is that is is telling me I have a package being delivered that day from Amazon and that package was delivered two weeks before the notice appeared.

Does this happen to multiple event or to a specific event only?

I am using Outlook.com. It happens when Microsoft calendar is notifying me of a package coming from Amazon, but it does not do it all the time. Sometimes it notifies me correctly on the day it is being delivered and other times it notifies me it is being delivered two weeks after it was delivered.

My Outlook calendar is not synced with my desktop calendar. I get the notification when I am logged into my Outlook.com email account.

I get an email saying Microsoft Calendar. Event. You have a package being delivered today from Amazon. Click to here to view or click here to track.
