How can I recover a "Burner account"?

Here's my situation:

A couple years ago, I created 3 "Burner accounts". They didn't have legitimate info on them.

I was young, and decided to link them up. So account A needs account B to be recovered, and account B needs account C to be recovered.

Right now, I'm trying to get into account C, because then I will be able to recover my 2 other accounts.

I've entered my password/security questions too many times, and the account is blocked. My only option is to recover by providing information. Since it's an email I never use anymore (because most of my stuff was done on account A and B),  there isn't much information I can provide. I can probably provide what type of emails I have received, because I remember most of the accounts I created with email C, but the recovery system automatically declines my request, because there isn't enough information.

I am 99% sure I am providing the previous passwords I used, I'm not sure if it will help if I can recover in a different way.

Is there an alternative way? It's somewhat urgent because I have a PayPal account on Account A (which I am able to log into), and some other accounts that I would like to change to my main email, as I am not looking into using that burner account anymore.

What options do I have? I contacted support via chat, and all they where able to tell me was to fill out the form and wait 24hrs. Is there a phone number I can reach to get support?

When was the last time you logged into the account using a browser?  If it has been more than a year the account was marked as inactive and deleted which in your case is a good thing.  You may be able to create a new account with the same email address if it is in the or domain

There is no phone support for the free Hotmail.

Sorry this didn't help.

Thanks for the reply. I  have logged in to it within a year, so that's not the issue. If live chat can't help me, and there's no phone support, I guess I'll just have to contact paypal to shut down the account.
