why can't i open my account in google chrome but i can in internet explorer

can some one please help me and tell me why i can't open my account in google chrome but i can in internet explorer. everytime i try in google chrome it tells me my account doesn't exixt. i got no help from  customer support (ellaine). she kept telling me that she only dealt with windows live or hotmail issues. if this isn't a hotmail issue i don't know what it is then. i hsve cleared my cookies cache in google and it didn't help. please help as its driving me crazy switching between the two browsers

Based on your description of the issue, when you log in to your account using Chrome, it says that your account does not exist but you can successfully log in using Internet Explorer and you also have tried to clear your cache but to no avail. With this, kindly provide us with the affected email address so we can check it in our end. Please provide the needed information in the private message that I have started.

Being able to open your account on Internet Explorer and can't on Google Chrome doesn’t seem right. To make sure that your browser settings doesn't contribute to this issue, we suggest that you optimize your Chrome browser. This is also to determine whether the issue is cause by corruption in the temporary internet files or in other cached information that is used by your Chrome browser. To optimize your browser, refer to this link and follow the instructions provided in that article.

 

On the other hand, I have reviewed your account and it is working fine on our end. Also, did you receive any error message when you're trying to access your account on Chrome? If so, kindly provide the exact error that appeared.

2. Have you tried to log in to your email using another browser?
