Currently, Microsoft  only provides forum support to help our free customers.  Hotmail/Outlook.com "ad free" (PLUS) do have phone support.

We believe that to best serve the needs of all our members, our support system should be universally available through forums.

Unfortunately there is no "live", email, chat, or "phone" support for Hotmail, Live.com, or Outlook.com

I need help with contacting Higher level support to get my email reactivated so I can check my email address. My email address was hacked and they say my case has been escalated to higher level support, I call the 800-642-7676 number and I have talked to multiple reps and it has been 4 weeks with not being able to check my email and no response from higher level support, all I receive is this random person from Customer Service saying be patient they are investigating my account. Is there a way I can contact Higher Level Support directly so I can get my email fixed so I can check my email because I have over 10 years worth of emails and contacts I cannot afford to lose because of some crazy hacker got into my account and changed my security information. How do we contact Higher Level Support so I can get an update on my case, surely it shouldn't take this long...?

For account related issues see the new secure online forms here

Unfortunately there is no "live", email, chat (for account related issues), or "phone" support for Hotmail.com, Live.com, or Outlook.com

If you have gotten support by live, phone, or chat, for Outlook, you may have been scammed.

Please dont open multiple threads on the same topic.  I have deleted the other 3.

Bumping 4 year old threads is considered bad form.
