How do I resolve "has problem to receipt that message" on that account.

to help you out in a better way I would need further information about the recipient's issue.

Is this recipient receiving emails currently?

It is only happening with Calendar Events?

Has you tried to send the calendar event request only to this recipient?

This recipient has an outlook.com domain?

Could you provide the entire NDR you got when the message is declined.
