Hello,

i am using free outlook.com email since 2012 (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***), used 8 years without any hurdle but from 17-02-2020 my MS Outlook is unable to pop the emails from outlook.com (sending of emails is working fine) (only incoming emails aren't working).

i am using MS Outlook 2010.

i tried almost all possible options/settings to get it solved but unfortunately couldn't succeed.

i am getting following (underlined) error while i am clinking send&receive:

Your incoming (POP3) e-mail server has reported an internal error. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP). The Server responded: -ERR unavailable. 21

i am able to send&receive emails via webmail.

via MS Outlook 2010 i am only able to send (unable to receive). This is my concern...

I tried by disabling Firewall and AntiVirus... nothing worked.

I tried in different system by creating new profile / pst, couldn't succeed.

outlook.com webmail is working perfect.

emails from Android and iPhone both working perfect.

Only facing issue in receiving email in MSoutlook (pop service), (sending emails from MSoutlook is working).

yes, i tried to re-setup the settings, i tried in another laptop (facing same issue).

now this issue started for 2 more clients in our organisation...

Experts please assist, need the solution urgently..

Thank you for providing us additional information. The problem could be with the incoming mail server settings.I'd like to ask further questions:

May I verify your email domain? Are you using a company email account?
Have you tried sending a test email to your own email account?
Does the issue happen on a specific sender only?

Yes, this is company's email account... 

we have 14 email accounts, only 3 facing this issue.

yes, i tried sending self email... sent successfully.

received email on Android & iPhone mobile and on webmail, but didn't receive on MSoffice (i guess pop sync is having issue).
