You have messages in your outbox

When exiting Outlook 2013,Microsoft Office professional Plus 2013, Activated, Version: 15.0.4937.1000, I get a popup stating: You have messages in your outbox..." Exit and send later, Don't exit. 

I have no messages within my outbox. I have my dates on, I ran updates and that seemed to fix the issue for a minute. I have ran a repair. I am connected (bottom right of status bar) I have removed and created a profile.

Any help?

Outlook 2013 is an email client which is a computer program/app. For confirmation, is this the same repair office application that you have run? If not, please follow the steps on the link.
