Based on the error message, there Is an issue on the add-in. In this situation, it is suggested to disable this add-in.
Please go to Tools > Add-ins > My Add-ins, then you can remove the add-in.
If the add-in is needed and the client isn’t up to date, it is suggested to upgrade to the latest version.
If it doesn’t work, please go to in-app support. Just open Outlook and select Help >Contact Support. You can refer to the link for detailed steps: Contact Support feature in Outlook 2016 for Mac
