I am constantly getting this popup...constantly...asking for my PW and though I enter the correct one and check 'Remember my credentials', it keeps reappearing.
Have Office 365 Pro Plus.
Thoughts?
Thanks.

Hi Dick,
Thank you for contacting us. If the issue persists after you check "Remember my credentials", you can try the following steps to remove the credentials and re-input it to check if it helps.
1. Search "Credential Manager" in Start menu and open it.
2. In "Windows Credentials", remove all credentials under "Generic Credentials". To avoid data loss, you can backup the credentials in advance.
While if the issue persists, I'd like to collect the following information for the further investigation.
1. What's your account type, Office 365, Microsoft account, IMAP or POP?
2. What's your Outlook client version? Please capture a screenshot for us via File > Office Account > About Outlook.
3. Is it an office computer? Or your personal computer?
4. Does your account enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)?
Regards,
Marvin

Morning,
I did remove the credentials but the problem persists.
I have Office 365.
It is a personal computer and do not have MFA.
Thanks,

Hi Dick,
Since the issue persists, you can also try the following methods.
2. Try to repair your Outlook data file.
3. Create a new Outlook profile and configure your email account in the new profile to check if it works.
4. Download and run Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant tool to help check this issue.
Besides, when you access Outlook on the web, will it constantly prompt for password?
Regards,
Marvin

Hi Marvin,
With my limited technical skills, I'll need to get my office to handle 1, 2 and 3 but I did try to 4 and received this notice.
I'll need to check with staff re the "Your administrator.." is a bit of a puzzle as we do not have an administrator per se.
But I also noticed that I have a subscription to Office 365 Home which I gather is different than Pro Plus though Home appears to not be installed.
Is it odd that I would appear to have both Pro Plus and Home?

Hi Dick,
Thank you for the screenshots. The Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant only works for Office 365 business customers. So if you use Office 365 Home, it's not available to use the tool.
Besides, since you use Office 365 Home, I'd like to help you move the post to Office 365 Home category. The dedicated support team will provide further suggestions for you. Your time and understanding will be highly appreciated.
Regards,
Marvin

Hi Marvin,
Sorry for the confusion but I am on ProPlus, not Home. My office installed Pro Plus but I somehow managed to purchase Home but it is not installed.
Got caught up in meetings yesterday and did not get the chance to run the recovery program but will today.
Thanks,
