Why I can't receive emails from Dropbox and Tumblr to my alias outlook.com address?

Hello,


I have problems receiving sign up emails from Dropbox and Tumblr.


I created alias for registering on the web, and a few services works normally, like Twitter and FB,

and some others don't. Where's the problem?

Hi,

 

Please try to send a test email to your own alias address and check if you can receive. Please also try to troubleshoot your filter settings by following the steps on this link.

 

I am not receiving Email sent by friends/family


You may also try to contact Dropbox and Tumblr support to ensure that there is no issue on their end.

Hello, 

I am having the exact same problem as the OP. I have tried following the link you posted but it no longer works. Having looked on the dropbox forums it seems that aside from adding *** Email address is removed for privacy *** to my contacts/safe senders list they can't offer any advice other than to contact my email provider. Are you able to advise me what to do?
