Why can’t I send an email from Outlook to OneNote on my iPhone?

When I take the steps to share an email from Outlook to OneNote on my iPhone iOS 17.4.1, I get a failure message as follows:

The first thing to do is make sure you're using the latest version of the OneNote app, and you can check for updates in the app store.

If you've updated to the latest version, I'd like to check if you've turned on a VPN or a proxy based on the prompt you received, and if so, turn it off temporarily.

In the meantime, try switching to a network environment, such as a mobile hotspot, to see if you're still experiencing this phenomenon
