Where's the window below the reading pane (Outlook 2019)

I have no clue how it's called. However in my layout of Outlook I have a window below the reading pane that lists all previous email messages from the email of the selected message. It has just disappeared and I cannot even find how it's called to re-enable it. If anyone knows, please let me know...

No, I'm afraid that's not it. I don't really like conversation view. It's that window below the reading pane that I'm trying to enable rather than edit the way that I see emails in my folders. I know I am not very helpful in my description and that's because I don't really know how it's called, but it's that window below the reading pane where once you select an email, all previous emails from the selected one are listed...

So now we understand the issue, now pleases follow the steps below to enable the people pane,

Click on file> options > add ins > and check for outlook social connector > if it is disabled then enable it, to enable it you can find a "manage" option at the bottom and select disabled items and enable it in the next dialogue box which appears after clicking on the 'Go' button and restart the outlook app.

Now check if the people pane is available in 'view' option.
If its not there then click on switch ribbon you will find it there.
You can check the images below.

I really appreciate your help. Still no luck. The "outlook social connector 2016" was already below "active application add-ins" in options/add-ins. I took a further step to disable it-restart-enable-restart, but with no luck. Also, changing the ribbon view won't make people pane appear.

I'm afraid it's not there either:

Also checked the "customize ribbon" in options:

I also did a manual update in Office, just in case, but nothing changed.

For some reason it looks like people pane never existed. Could it be that the developers decided to remove people pane? Do you also have the latest version of Office installed? Mine is version 2007/build 13029.20344.

that could be the reason but I don't think microsoft will remove a feature like that,
Please try to repair your office app from windows settings if that doesn't help then try reinstalling the office app.

Open settings > apps > search for office apps > click on modify > online repair.

hope this may resolve. Update me with the results.
