The newest Outlook update does not allow one to paste for example a message. Another downfall is that it does not do an auto spell check change. If you hoover over a miss spell word, it does not give you options to change it the correct spelling. Otherwise, the new design it great.

Hi Francisco Perez6,
Thank you for visiting Microsoft Community, we are glad to assist you here.
Based on your post, we understand you are looking for the spell check option in updated Outlook.
If you are still using the legacy Outlook, please follow below steps to see if you have the "Always check spelling before sending" option checked.
Ref: Check spelling before sending a message - Microsoft Support
If you are in New Outlook, in reference to this doc (New Outlook for Windows Preview (office.com)) Rich editing, spelling, and auto complete suggestions powered by Microsoft Editor were automatically added to the New Outlook version. There is no specific setting to turn this on. We do apologize if we are not able to meet your requirements.
However, the new Outlook is still a work in progress. If you don't mind, please provide feedback on this feature request by creating a new post in the Feedback Portal at Outlook · Community (microsoft.com), Microsoft is committed to enhancing the customer experience by continually examining suggestions to include in the design and development of future product upgrades based on your suggestions.

Is there an article that specifically states that information?
And what if the feature is not working? How do you fix that?

So there is currently no way to have the ability to spell check as you write an email in the new Outlook? Why would this not be a priority?

It depends whether it’s Outlook for windows 10/11 or Outlook for office. It’s stupid that they have the same name. The file option is only on Outlook for office it is not on Outlook for windows 10 or 11
