When using Outlook / Hotmail Email and Click on email - Links do not open - Completely blocked - Is this a new Outlook encryption problem?

• Can you tell me if this question was sent after you updated your outlook?

Please let us know the current version.

What version of Outlook do I have? - Microsoft Support

• If you go directly to outlook.live.com will your link open correctly?

• Does it report an error when you click on the link?

The above questions can help you analyze and solve the problem.
