What happens when you try?
Are you using 2-factor authentication with the accounts?
If yes on the Verizon account, you need to use an app password to sign in.
If no on the Gmail account, you should enable it as google will frequently turn off allow less secure apps. To see if they disabled this, check the security settings https://myaccount.google.com/security
Are you trying to add them as Connected accounts in Outlook.com on the web or as accounts in Outlook desktop software?
If you are using Outlook desktop software, check File > Account > Account Privacy and select Manage Settings. You need to enable connected services.

I have a new ASUS Zenbook computer and have installed all the updates for windows 10.
Trying to enter an new account email as Icloud account email and get an error message code#0x80004005
What can I do to get my email in Mail?
What does this message mean?
