UNM LoboMail not working

Hello,

I recently noticed that my student email account is no longer receiving emails. The last email I was able to receive was on the 11th of this month. I need to get this fixed as soon as possible because I've been in communication with some important colleagues. I need to know what went wrong and why. Please respond as soon as possible. I also need to know how I can get the emails that have been sent to me within the past week and a half. My current email that you can respond to is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

Hi Monique,

This could be due to email server issue. To properly isolate the issue, kindly answer the following:

  • Have you tried logging in to the email domain and see if new emails are received?
  • Have you tried removing the account from Outlook.com and then add it again?
  • Have you tested the issue using other browser?

Hello,

And yes, I have done all three of these suggestions on my own. I'm not sure why it would have stopped working. I am still an active student at UNM, so my email shouldn't be inactive either. Is there anything else I can do?

Hello Monique,

Thanks for the information that you have provided to us. For this concern, we recommend that you first test sending emails to your school email address that is linked in your Outlook account using a different email (like your gmail account). If there are concerns with sending the email, you will receive an undeliverable email error.

While you are on it, try accessing the account while the device used is under a different internet connection (WiFi or wired), as well as using a different device.

If you haven't yet, have this concern consulted with your school/university's IT admins.
