Undeliverable message

Hi there. I've had my hotmail account for years and have never had a problem.

However, today, emails that I send are returned as "undeliverable". With the following message:

Your message couldn't be delivered because the recipient's email system wasn't able to confirm that your message came from a trusted location. For Email Administrators This error is related to the Sender Policy Framework (SPF). The destination email system's evaluation of the SPF record for the message resulted in an error. Please work with your domain registrar to ensure your SPF records are correctly configured. exhprdmxe55 gave this error: Message rejected due to SPF policy - Please check policy for hotmail.com. IB301 i{d3bc1fb5-be30-4ec6-a6cf-1013.

We understand that you've been unable to send any emails using your Hotmail.com account. It also appears that every time you send an email you get a notification informing you that it was blocked, and a reference is made to the Sender Policy Framework or SPF as the cause.

So, we are currently investigating an issue that seems to affect Hotmail.com users where-in they receive a bounce message or Non-Delivery Reports (NDR) when sending any emails. A bounce message is a notification that is automatically sent to the sender if an email is not delivered to the recipient for various reasons.

However, according to the most recent update in our https://portal.office.com/ServiceStatus page, this issue has now been fixed. Refer to photo below.
