Unable to send email from mobile.

I m unable to send email from mobile. just showing msg sending ... n sending... i hv tried everything option uninstall, install , clear caches, infect also i hv tried to configure on different android mobile. but same issue there.. please reply what is the issue. ?

Based on your description, I know your requirement. Do you mean that you can’t send emails but you can still receive emails? And could you please be kindly to provide me which account you log in Outlook for mobile and meet the problem in private message.

 

You can try to use Outlook on the web to have a try and check whether you can successfully send an email.

 

And you said you have tried to use different mobiles to try, have you tried to use another network to check the result? It may be related to your network. So you can try to change a network to send again. If you still cannot send emails, I will give you a test account in the private message, you can try to log in this account and check whether you can send emails.

YES, Katherine i m receiving all email but unable to send always msg show sending.. n sending that is .

secondly, company email id is (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***). who facing this issue.

third, yes i had tried on web portal there is working fine. i m only facing issue in android mobile.

forth, i have tried on different mobile but same problem there on both network wifi and mobile network.
