Error Code 0X80045024 when attempting to add new msn.com account to msn premium paid service
Trying to add an additional msn.com email to my paid msn premium subscription email service. Setup goes through all the steps up until completing final submit, then gives the (0x80045024) error code. I tried deleting another account, and was successful; in order to see if that was the issue even though I was only using 5 of my 10 allotted accounts. Now i cannot even recover that account. Tried on 2 different Windows 10 PC's with the same error code result. Then tried the butterfly through my Windows 7 machine that was working with the email that I last used a few months ago, When attempting to log onto the Windows 7 machine; it will not go beyond the initial account into the password login window. The box does not pop up to enter a password and remains blank. Tried the suggestion of uninstalling the program in Windows 7 PC & re-installing; however end up with the same result (password window does not pop up. It is extremely urgent that I create another account, due to i am going to lose access from another account, that I need to tranfer many of my contacts to a new account under msn.com. Please advise ASAP on a solution for this service that i am paying for. According to this feed, this problem has been going on for nearly 2 months.
