Dear Hourieh Hosseini
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
According to your description, you need to transfer emails, calendars and contacts from Outlook from old computer to new computer.
For this question, I would like to confirm what is the mailbox suffix you are using? (Outlook/Hotmail,Gmail,Yahoo)
In the meantime, how did you add your mailbox to your old computer Outlook? (POP/IMAP,Exchange,Outlook.com)
In fact, if you are using Microsoft mailbox and adding it through (Exchange, Outlook.com) on your old computer, you can add email addresses directly in Outlook on the new computer in the same way as before, and after completion, the Outlook correspondence, calendars and other information from the old device will be automatically synced to Outlook on the new computer.
However, if you added the mailbox through POP, so that your letters and contact calendars are stored locally, if you need to transfer to a new computer, you need to export the data in Outlook on the old computer:
1. You need to open the Outlook program, click on the file in the upper left corner> open and export.
2. After that select the Import/Export option, select Export to File, select Outlook Data File, and click Next.
3. In the window, directly click the mailbox you want to export, click Next, select the exported one for the day, click Finish and wait for execution, so that the exported data will contain all the emails and contacts in the mailbox.
(But please note that in the lower right corner of the calendar, in My Calendar, the default calendar option is not exportable, while other manually created calendars can be exported, you can click the right mouse button in the project in My Calendar, if you can choose to delete the calendar, it means that it is a calendar that can be exported, but if the deleted calendar is gray and cannot be clicked, it means that it is the default calendar, and it cannot be exported at this time)
4. After that, move the exported PST file to a new computer, then open Outlook on the new computer, click on the file > in the upper left corner to open and export, select the import/export option, choose to import from another program or file, click Next, Outlook data file and click Next, select the browse option, find the PST file you moved over and click Open, then select Next, wait for the import, when it is done, The data in the original Outlook can be seen on the new computer.
In the meantime, you can also refer to the link to see the data transfer options:Import and export Outlook email, contacts, and calendar - Microsoft Support
In the meantime, you can also follow the following ways to communicate with Microsoft's human customer service:
1. Click the link.–Contact - Microsoft Support
2. In the box under “We're here to help,” enter Outlook, click Get Directions, and then click Contact Customer Service. (You must be logged into your Microsoft account. If not, follow step )
3. In this section, you need to sign in to your personal Microsoft account.
Note: You can only sign in with your personal MSA, when you sign in with your company account, it will not display correctly. If you are unable to connect to this account, you can use another account or create a new account to manage it.
4. Under “Products and Services”, select “Other Products”, select “Outlook”, and then click Confirm.

Dear Hourieh Hosseini
Thank you for your response.
I see that you have marked my reply as useless, sorry about that.
In fact, I understand very well how you feel when you can't transfer the mail, but the solution I provided is for your old computer using POP way to add the mailbox, the mail will be stored locally in the case of one of the processes, and if you use IMAP or Microsoft mailbox (Exchange), you just add the mailbox with the same configuration within the new computer's Outlook, it will automatically will be original mail will automatically be synchronized with the original mail.
However, in all your replies to me, you have not informed me of the configuration of your original mailbox and what mailbox you used, nor have you informed me of the specific reasons why you can not transfer, the forum staff can solve the problem for you, but you also need to provide the information you need so that you can combine the problem and to determine the problem and to confirm the treatment program, if not, only with limited information! If not, I can only combine the limited information to provide you with the most basic program.
So, if you can, please let me know in detail that you are unable to transfer, what is the specific problem, and does it show any errors? The specific content of the error report, you use the mailbox suffix and mailbox configuration, etc., provide me with these information.
Feel free to text back if you need further help.
Best wishes
