Hi I use Google Chrome which is up to date, I have cleared browser cache & still cannot get the cog tools wheel icon to show. I signed in to my email account using Internet explorer & the cog wheel icon is showing next to my name but in Google Chrome it is not displaying also next to the reply tab is a tiny white vertical line where I can access options for forwarding etc but it is barely noticeable and I did manage to find the tools menu by accident when I was hovering to the left hand side of my name the cursor changed from an arrow to a hand so I clicked & low & behold it is the tools menu but no icon nothing to let me know where the tools menu is. Any help would be so appreciated as this is driving me mad & I have been trying to find answers for ages by googling etc which is how I found out the tiny white line is the option for forwarding emails no dropdown arrow just a thin tiny white vertical line the same goes for the options for outlook.com-people-calendar-onedrive etc just a white vertical line that you would not associate with it being any kind of option menu but all are showing n Internet Explorer. So it is definitely a google chrome issue but cannot find the answer so I am hoping against hope you guys can please help & save me from insanity..
