Stacking all open outlook emails at once?

I have so many emails open at once that show up separately in the task bar. Is there any way (keyboard shortcut) to open all of the windows in a stack so I don't have to open up each one by hovering over the Outlook icon and then clicking on each and every open email. A feature like this would be SO HELPFUL!

Dear Dawn Michelle L,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you!

Based on your description, I did some tests, the test process is as follows: I opened ten emails at the same time, and then it turned out as you said it is really troublesome to want to open them one by one, so I used the shortcut key: Windows + Tab key, then you can view my second screenshot, you can see not only the windows opened in Outlook, all the windows you open in Windows system will be enlarged and then evenly arranged together, which will greatly facilitate you to check the messages.

If you still need more help or if I misunderstood, please forgive me and provide me with more details so that I can do more research, and I will be happy to continue to help you.

Thanks in advance for your understanding! Your patience and cooperation will be highly appreciated. Hope you all the best!

Sincerely,

Kerry Chen | Microsoft Community Moderator
