Showing the recipient email address in the inbox? And / or undo a custom form

I have loads of aliases to my main email address in exchange 365.

In outlook 365, I want to be able to see the recipient email address of emails in my inbox. I know I can go into the header of an email to see that. But is there a way to display it?

I found this page that talks of a custom form:

https://www.howto-outlook.com/howto/viewsenderaddress.htm

I installed that but then realized it only shows the sender address. I'd like the recipient address.

So how to undo that? Went into file, options, advanced, developer, manage forms and deleted the form.

That got rid of the field, but I still have the 'cateory' under field chooser that says ';sender's email address, but nothing in there (there was the field I could drag into the view that said 'sender's email address'.

Anyone know how to remove that category?

But more importantly, how about a way to show the recipient email address?  Again, this just shows the email address at the other end of the email.  I want to show me the email they used to send to me.  Too many unsubscribe links want ME to enter the email address THEY sent the email to.

THANKS!

To get it out of the available columns selector, after removing the form from the Custom Forms Manager, select the Forms... entry in aforementioned selector and then press Close.

Unfortunately, the To column isn't exposed in the same way and you'll need additional code like the VBOffice guide you referenced.

Another way to go would be to look for your addresses in the message header and assign it a Category. This means you'll need to create a rule per address assigned to that mailbox.

Thanks.

I'm not trying to remove it from the available columns... I had done that already.

I still have the entry in the pull down - where you see 'all mail items', most popular ...', all task items....   in that pulldown, there's 'user defined fields in inbox'.... which wasn't there before I started fiddling : )

I know, that are the instructions for; Just click on Forms... one more time in the column selector and it will reload the custom entries which in this case is none so it gets removed.
