One of our clients has got a shared task folder with one of their colleagues, and they want to get the shared tasks to show in the To-Do List pane.
I've done some testing myself to see if I could work it out, but after messing around with task assignments and the like, I couldn't seem to find a way to get a shared task to show up in the To-Do List.
Is this just something that can't be done? The client is just looking for a convenient way to show the shared tasks on the same screen as their emails but it's looking like the only option is to navigate to the Tasks section of Outlook manually and do things from there.
