Hello, I have an 2 Outlook calendars on my personal email that I historically (i.e., prior to this week) have been able to share with our general research laboratory Outlook. I have editing privileges while our research lab only has viewing privileges. However, this week, none of the edits I make to the calendar events on either calendar are updating in the lab calendar. I have tried re-accepting the initial calendar invitation and waited days for any updates and they're not working. Any assistance ASAP with this issue would be helpful.

Hello Nicole Ciesinski,
Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.
Please accept our sincere welcome here in community support.
I understand how important it is to get this sorted out especially you were frequently using this feature in Outlook.
Here are the steps you can try on your end and we hope this could help your issue.
Check Network and Internet Connectivity:
Unstable network connections can disrupt the sync process between the shared calendar and Outlook. Ensure that your internet connection is stable.
Restart your router or modem to improve network connectivity.
Verify Sharing Permissions:
Open Outlook and click on the Calendar icon.
Select the shared calendar that is not syncing.
Click on Share > Calendar Permission.
Make sure that the calendar has the correct sharing permissions set. Adjust the permissions if necessary to allow syncing with Outlook.
Check for Service Incidents:
Microsoft has identified a service incident (EX496574) affecting delegate users’ unprocessed meetings in Exchange Online. This issue may cause sync problems for shared calendars.
The fix is being deployed, but it’s essential to verify if your issue is related to this service incident. You can monitor the status updates provided by Microsoft1.
Remove and Reassign Calendar Rights:
For the problematic user, consider removing and reassigning the rights to the shared calendar.
Share the calendar again to ensure proper synchronization.
Control Panel - Navigate to Programs and Features- Locate Microsoft Office:
Look for the Microsoft Office product you want to repair in the list.
Right-click on it and select Repair.
If the Repair option is not available, choose Change.
To create a new Outlook profile, follow these steps:
Open Outlook.
Go to File > Account Settings > Manage Profiles.
Choose Show Profiles > Add.
In the Profile Name box, type a name for the profile, and then select OK.
You can also add more (non-Exchange) mail accounts to your profile, such as Gmail or Live.com. Or you can change options for your account’s data files. See how to Edit an Outlook profile to learn more.
Please make sure to restart Outlook after making any changes and observe if the problem persists. If none of the above steps resolve the issue, consider reaching out to your IT support or Microsoft for further assistance. Hopefully, your shared calendars will sync correctly soon!
Thank you, we await for your response.
Best Regards,
Ciarra BD.
