SEARCH option is not working in new Outlook

When trying to search people in NEW Outlook, it keeps saying "Your request can't be completed right now". I was able to search without any problems till today when Outlook's been updated. Please, help!

Try Rebuild Outlook Indexing
1. Open Outlook.
2. Click File and then Options.
3. In the Outlook Options window, click Search and, in the right pane, click Indexing Options.
4. In the Indexing Options window, make sure that Microsoft Outlook is among the Locations
5. Select the check box corresponding to Microsoft Outlook and click OK to confirm the changes.
to. Note: You can enable or disable the selection of the profiles you want to be indicated by displaying the arrow next to the selection box.
6. You can also try to rebuild the index by clicking on Advanced Options.
7. On the Index Settings tab, click the Rebuild button.
8. Now click on OK.
Wait a few moments until the reconstruction is finished. Then, close and reopen Outlook, and try a search again.

I don't see any FILE when I'm in my outlook account - could you please tell where it's located? UP/DOWN/RIGHT/LEFT of the account interface?

Now I see, that was about Office usage. No, I meant a Search option in the outlook mail.

With my Outlook mail: not sure what you mean by "app". If I could send you a screenshot - but the system's not letting me... 

On the top, there is a "Search" window where I can type a name of a person and can see all messages from this person. Till today, I've never had issues with searching people or messages or whatever by keyword, but today my Outlook was updated - which definitely made it much worse:(

Oh OK that is OWA(Outlook on Web)
Sometime this search problem is related with browser try clearing your browser cache and cookies, also and make sure you have latest updates installed in your Device.
Finally make sure you do not have any ad blocks

Please try on different browser and let me know if issue persist.
