Request to unlock my email address ID

Hi , 

I have facing a problem about my mailbox under *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, last month ago i was unable to login the account due to detected unusual activity, and in fact i have changed my phone number so that can't receive the verify code via SMS.

I have tried to submitted the request form but also fail to accept my request, i hope someone can help me to unlock the email bcoz i have some documentation need to print out from my mailbox. 

Seek you kind assist and revert me as soon as possible.

If you are unable to receive your account recovery code (https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/e...), the only way to regain access to your account is to fill out the recovery form. You can fill out the form up to 2 times a day and it is important to answer the questions correctly, as it is a fully automated system. If the answers provided are incorrect, you will not be able to regain access to your account.
