Hi Ceasar Romero,
Good day.
Hope you are doing well you for posting in Microsoft Community.
Quick Steps are a feature in Outlook that let you apply multiple actions to a message with one click. They are still available in the new look of Outlook, but they might be in a different place.
Here are some steps to help you find and use Quick Steps in Outlook: Quick Steps in Outlook - Microsoft Support
In Mail, select Home.
In the menu bar on top, select the drop-down menu next to Quick Steps and select Manage Quick Steps.
In the Settings window, under Quick Steps, you can see the default Quick Steps, create new ones, edit or delete existing ones, and change the order in which they appear in the Home tab.
To use a Quick Step, select a message and then click on the Quick Step you want to apply in the Home tab.
You can also assign keyboard shortcuts to your Quick Steps for faster access.
I hope this helps let me know if this is contrary to what you need, I would still be helpful to answer more of your questions .
Best Regards

Thank you, I have looked up were to locate it but there is no quick step (tab/folder/category) to where I can continue. Under home settings, quick step should be there but it is not. This is my situation, I am unable to use the add in feature to bring it back or add it back in so I may use the brilliant feature.

In that case, you may need to update your Outlook to the latest version and check if the Quick Steps feature is available. You can also try to customize the ribbon and add the Quick Steps group to the Home tab. If none of these methods work.
To use quick steps, you need to have the Microsoft Exchange Add-in enabled in your Outlook settings.
You can find the quick steps section under Home tab like in the screenshot
You can also try to create a quick steps item by going to seeting Then mail Then Quick Steps .
I hope this helps let me know if this is contrary to what you need, I would still be helpful to answer more of your questions .

I am having a similar problem - I had many replies to emails set up in quick actions to send specific templated emails. None of these are still in Outlook with this new change.
These quick steps were "new message" and "reply all" actions - these aren't listed in the new quick steps.
Please bring this back!

I am having the same issue.
The Quick Step to create a new email with the same rules each time is gone.
Please advise.

I believe that this issue was raised over a year ago. It is such a valuable feature that i use very frequently.
If it isn't broken, don't fix it. Do the designers/programmers actually use the product?

TLDR: Use the old version of Outlook to remain quick, productive, and efficient.
-----
Quick Steps are not currently available for non-Microsoft accounts in the "New Outlook".
I've tested this with three separate accounts.
A personally registered domain name tied directly to a business subscription with Office 365; Quick Steps shows up and works perfectly with it.
My GMail account; I get the message, "Quick steps are not supported for this account."
A personally registered domain account NOT tied to Office 365; I get the message, "Quick steps are not supported for this account."
It's sad that Quick Steps are not available to anyone wishing to use an account that isn't directly tied into an Office 365 account. Even if Outlook 2024 is free for everyone to use, the Quick Steps feature should be available to all accounts, especially those paying for an Office 365 account, who wish to also use accounts outside of Microsoft services.
The current solution for anyone reading this, use the old version of Outlook. In my opinion, the new version is still in beta testing and just isn't ready for professional-use-case-scenarios.

How could it be possible that the most widely use Quick Step being
"Reply" or "Reply all" be missing?
I have set-up many of these because I need a fast response to a commonly use group of people or commonly used question?
Please bring back. Not using the new version for now as it would require more time from me to do my work.
