2. Click Display settings.
3. Under Display settings, you may choose your desire reading pane.

This was not helpful, sorry Raymond...its not the reading it the message content.  It happens from multiple senders and looks like this.....

Have you tried to use a different web browsers and see if the same behavior occurs?

Kindly provide us a sample screenshot so we can investigate.

It did appear with more complete words in Google Chrome, remember this was a forwarded email.  This is the view from Chrome (screenshot)

Unfortunately, We deleted the original message, but in Internet Explorer and the Windows 10 Mail app too, it looked like this

This is Chrome view...I think will go with Chrome for the time being.  I did notice that the original message was forwarded with a cell phone, but since it appears okay in Chrome it is a Internet Explorer issue.
