Hi - I have a 365 account but appear to have a storage limited to 1GB. I thought it should be at least 2GB. Can you please advise how I can change this, or perhaps speak to someone for advice.

I am also using Office 365. Let us work together to sort this out.
Microsoft offers 15 GB of email storage space per free Outlook.com account.
If you are an Office 365 subscribers you will get 50 GB of storage space.
You can go to this link to check the storage limit of your account. You need to sign in using the the email address associated with your Office 365 subscription.

Go to Outlook.com
Sign in with the email address associated with your Office 365 subscription.
Click the gear icon at the upper right side of your screen.
Click View all settings
Go to General tab
Click storage
You will see your Outlook storage limit.

I appreciate your swift response, if may I ask when did you subscribe to Office 365? Is there a chance for you to send a screenshot where it shows 1GB for me to have a visual, make sure that the email you used to login is the one that is associated with your Office 365.

I appreciate your swift response, what if the Office 365 subscription you have, are you using the Office 365 for business? Can you please go to this link and check the version of your Office 365.

What is the email domain provider you are using is that an Outlook.com/ Hotmail or a third-party email address?

We've had Outlook I think since 2003 so a long time. I think our domain is provided by BT. Here is a screenshot of our subscription info. Hope this helps.

To open the powershell command.
Press WIndows Key + X
Select Powershell as administrator
Copy and edit the commands, your userid is your email address.
