Outlook storage

Hi - I have a 365 account but appear to have a storage limited to 1GB.  I thought it should be at least 2GB.  Can you please advise how I can change this, or perhaps speak to someone for advice.

Greetings,

My name is Rhaine, I'm Independent Community Volunteer. I’m so glad assisting you today
I am also using Office 365. Let us work together to sort this out.

Microsoft offers 15 GB of email storage space per free Outlook.com account.
If you are an Office 365 subscribers you will get 50 GB of storage space.

You can go to this link to check the storage limit of your account. You need to sign in using the the email address associated with your Office 365 subscription.

Go to Outlook.com
Sign in with the email address associated with your Office 365 subscription.
Click the gear icon at the upper right side of your screen.
Click View all settings
Go to General tab
Click storage
You will see your Outlook storage limit.

I hope the information above helps. Please let me know if you have further questions.

Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.

With Warm Regards,
Rhaine C.

HI,

We've had Outlook I think since 2003 so a long time.  I think our domain is provided by BT.  Here is a screenshot of our subscription info.  Hope this helps.
