Possibly. You need to Outlook desktop software (on Windows) and use a list view of the calendar. Add the Changed by field to the view. This should show the name of the account who last made a change the appointment. Any change can trigger it and it won't tell you what the change was...
View tab > Change View > List. Then View Settings > Columns > find Changed by under all appointmet items and Add it to the view.
If you use office 365 Exchange email, the admin has other options, but needs to enable them before the change is made.
