Outlook security message - requesting sign in to download file..

This just started happening, granted I recently updated my laptop, network, office password.  I am continually prompted for user name and password by Outlook but not on launch... it happens several minutes after launch and never remembers or retains my username and password and continually pops up.  I have tried repeatedly to delete office credentials from credentials manager - no luck.

Message is a Windows Security box, triggered by outlook, says signin, then says:

Enter your user name and password to download: https://success.salesforce.com/services/apexrest/calendar/ical/UC-95c31b0f4a03447ba277612c231c0954/myenrolled.ics.

then asks for UN and PW.  Image attached.  Please help.

(PS salesforce support could not help because it is being generated on the client)

Answer
Answer
In Outlook click File, Account Settings, Account Settings, click Internet Calendars and see if you have one there for Salesforce.  Not sure the reason for the prompt unless maybe the file is no longer accessible.
