Facing slowness while sending emails using cached mode in my outlook client. The email sits in my outbox for about 5 min before going out. But when i try the same using a browser or even online mode it goes out instantly.
Steps tried till now:1. Check if “Send Immediately” is enabled in Advanced settings.
2. Windows Firewall - Turn off and try
3. Symantec Endpoint Protection Outlook Add-On causing this problem.
4. Change the value of DelegateSentItemsStyle to 0 in the registry - This can be tried.
5. Recreate a new windows profile – Bug

7. We did run captures and did not see anything alarming.
Have also referred many web based articles and have tried different steps but to no luck.
Is the issue seen only for shared mailbox - No
Outlook version - Outlook 2013. Have tried the same with Outlook 2016 but the issue is still seen.
OS - Windows 7
The issue is seen only with the outlook client in cached mode

Any help would be highly appreciated.
The issue is happening for all users at the location. We did try to stop and restart Outlook but it did not help. Any other inputs would help.
