Outlook iOS sounds not working

Hello,

I am using an iPhone 11 Pro and when I receive new emails via outlook, no sounds are heard. I have enabled all my sounds on my notifications, and have turned everything i can possibly find to have my sounds on outlook. nothing is working when emails are received on outlook. All my other sounds are on and working just fine on other apps. Please let me know if this can be fixed.

I have the same issue. Decided to delete the app, and just use the regular mail app on my iPhone for now.
