Are you using an Exchange mail account?

Is this Outlook, desktop and not OWA?

Assuming it was functioning before, have you been using any third party maintenance utilities?

Hi Michael Reid,

It seems that you have turned off Auto-complete List in Outlook, please try to go to File > Options > Mail > Send messages > select the option "Use Auto-Complete List to suggest names when typing in the To, Cc, and Bcc lines" as following:

If it still doesn't work, please try to send a new email to a specific user, and then send to him/her one more time and check if the issue still happens, so that we can know if your Auto-Complete List has been cleared before.

Thanks,

Iry

Hi Iry,

The "Use Auto-Complete..." box was not unchecked and I have bee manually typing in the same email addresses multiple times for a couple weeks and its not saving/remembering the email address. I appreciate your suggestion, however I googled this issue a couple weeks ago and found similar instructions. Thank you

Hi Palcouk,

I appreciate you asking. I am not very technical and do not know the answers or how to find them. I work at a company the sends notifications for required maintenance and upgrades which all I do is agree and stuff happens. I do know we had a recent wndows upgrade...
