Outlook Android App. How to change the password?

Changed the password for my Exchange account at work. How can I change it in the Outlook app on my Android phone? All of the answers I have found so far are on how to change it in the Exchange synch for Android mail, but that's not what I'm looking for. I want to change it for the Outlook app.
