Outlook Address Book tab is missing for public contact folders, how do i add it

I am trying to make a contact list show up in my address book but in following the instructions as listed the contact list isn't even showing up for me to add in.  I have tracked it down to find there is no tab for "address book" under the properties as there is for other contact lists we have.  How do I add the address book?

Hi Linda,
Do you have more than one account in your profile? The Outlook Address Book tab was only visible here in my default Exchange account, not in other accounts in my profile. Then once I enabled it on that account, the tab popped up on the public folders for the other accounts.

Now I've lost the tab too. But its still showing in the Address book. Which version and build of Outlook are you using? See File, Office Account for the information.

Is the folder in the Public Folder favorites?

We are using Outlook 2016.   All that is showing up are General, Permissions (which are all owner) and Synchronization.  On the contact lists the Address book is showing up, but not this one.

Mine is back... only on my main account. The other two accounts only have General and Permissions tabs. There is definitely a bug in this.

Humm and thank you.  I tried copying in the address used from the contact lists that work and it wont let me edit.   I agree, there is a bug.   I will contact them directly and see if we cant get this straightened out.

Appreciate your help
