OutLook 365 - email body appears empty / blank.  Content only visible after clicking on reply ?

I have disabled all my add-ons and this is still an issue for me and all my Colleagues at Hanes Ireland.

Hi Niall,
Is all email affected or just some, from specific senders? This indicates the message body has some corruption - the reply rewrites the message body which removes the corruption. We've seen it in the past with mail sent from Mac mail servers. Email scanners, either on the mail server or in outlook, can also cause this.

              it seems to be all local users here with the exception of one or two users.

So the senders are all internal users? If so, I'd look at content scanning on the server.

Scanning would be antivirus scanning on the email server.
