Outlook 365 creating meeting notes with onenote doesnt work anymore

When hitting the button meeting notes in an outlook meeting, nothing happens.

Before you ask the obvious question: yes, the add on is activated.

I played with different location to send the meeting notes to, but that didn't help either.

I'm using the OneNote 2016 desktop app only together with office 365.

What does work is to pull meeting details into OneNote:

Any notes I take, cant be accessed from the outlook side though.

Regarding to the problem you encountered, the OneNote Team has fixed the issue in Version 1910 Build 12130.20400. Here is the article about the issue for your reference: Meeting Notes toOneNote stopped working. So I suggest you try updating your Outlook to see whether the issue still persists. To update Outlook, please click File > Office Account, under Product Information, choose Update Options > Update Now.

If the issue still persists, to further assist you, please provide the screenshot about your Outlook version to me. To get the version, please click File > Office Account, in Product Information section, you can see the version about Outlook like the following screenshot:
