OUTLOOK 365 Calendar: Save & Close Button Disabled on Quick Access Toolbar

After adding the Save & Close Button to the Quick Access Toolbar in Outlook 365 Calendar, the button is grayed out and disabled when trying to save & close a new appointment.

Hi oooMGooo,

If you cannot click the Save&Close button(1) in the QAT when createing the an appointment, can you click another Save&Close button(2) next to the appoinment header?

You can also try to reset the QAT then re-add the button to check if the issue persists.

Regards,

Kyrie

1) Yes, the Save & Close button next to the Title works. It works on my Windows 7 version of Office 365 Pro Plus

2) Tried that, restarted, still didn't work.

I also tried to "Repair" Office in Add or Remove Programs, still didn't work.

Hi oooMGooo,

The Outlook version on your Windows 10 is too old. It seems to be released 0n January 14.

You can try to update the version to check if the issue persists.

Kyrie
