our users experiencing issues - outlook recent people

Hi greeting,

our users is experiencing issues with outlook, recent people.

Once they type an email from outlook, this image doesn't disappear.

What could be the triggering cause?

Outlook.com is not a business-oriented mail service and you cannot set up company-wide domains using Outlook.com, so I don't understand the reference to "users". Are you actually using an Office 365 for Business subscription?

we are having the same issue with only 1 user. He is using O365 for Business. The recent people block pops up randomly, and cannot be closed or anything, even if outlook is minimized, it stays up in front of the desktop. As a test, whilst the bar was up and stuck i sent a mail to myself, the bar disappeared, and then popped up again but this time with only my address in it. Once it pops up only way to get rid of it is kill outlook.
