Old profile picture showing to external email recipients

My profile picture has been changed several times and shows up as the new one in my accounts however, when I send an email the recipient recieved a very old photo.

I have checked all linked accounts, re uploaded my profile picture on all accounts and it still shows.

Please help me to resolve this as the picture shown is a stock photo and not of me.

App mainly but happens from desktop to

Try changing your Profile picture directly from the web. And observe if the problem still persists. Usually the change should take effect 24-48 hrs. You may try resigning in your Outlook.com account on the app.
