Office 2016 Installation Error

Hi all

We are  trying to upgrade  the Office 2010 to Office 2016 in windows 7 workstation and come across a installation error " (Error 1406. Setup Cannot write the value Assembly to the registry key.......) .please see below snapshot

 I tried to reinstall Office 2010 also show installation error ,See below snapshot  . How do I resolve this installation issue
