Hello KennyEveraert
Hi, I'm Karl and will be happy to help you today.
The first step would be to add the the Crypto.com domain to your <Safe Senders> list
- click on the <Gear> (Settings) icon (top right)
- click on <View all Outlook Settings>
- click on <Mail> --> <Junk email> --> <Safe Senders and domains>
If that doesn't resolve the problem, it may be that they are on Outlook.com 's blacklist which is something that can only be addressed by the Microsoft SNDS (Smart Network Data Service) team who do not monitor this forum. There's nothing more you can do on your end of things.
Information that the Crypto folks need to review regarding SNDS is contained below

Just so there is no misunderstanding, this is a public user-to-user support forum. We're users just like you helping other users. We do not work for Microsoft and have no access to any user account so there is nothing we can do or check from within the forum. We also do not have any access to the SNDS team or have any input on Microsoft's policies, procedures, or design decisions. Microsoft Support personnel do not staff this forum.
