Not receiving verification email of Crypto.com/nft

Hi all,

Since monday, 5days ago, i’m not receiving any emails from crypto.com/nft anymore. And it proves to be a huge problem for me, since you’re being send a verification code to log in on Crypto.com.

I already contacted Crypto, but they don’t really know the problem, communicating is also difficult and slow at best…

Does anyone have an idea what caused this?

I already tried from various devices, from different network connections, and both the app nor outlook website receives the emails anymore.

Hi, I'm Karl and will be happy to help you today.

The first step would be to add the the Crypto.com domain to your <Safe Senders> list

- click on the <Gear> (Settings) icon (top right)
- click on <View all Outlook Settings>
- click on <Mail> --> <Junk email> --> <Safe Senders and domains>

If that doesn't resolve the problem, it may be that they are on Outlook.com 's blacklist which is something that can only be addressed by the Microsoft SNDS (Smart Network Data Service) team who do not monitor this forum. There's nothing more you can do on your end of things.

I understand, i already contacted outlook itself, but still awaiting their answer. Thx for your reply, i tried all of it, but i think its a 3rd party issue, being crypto.com

I can get OTP and log in for NOW... 2 ID - hotmail.com and outlook.com

let's try follow this:

1. login by Thailand time 20.00/21.00/22.00/23.00 (seem MS limit time OTP email.)

2. OTP will come to email only this time, then play as normal

3. Do not log out ID, (Use chrome, ms Edge, app). happy play. :)

4. everything will normal, OTP for set up withdraw address come as same time 20.00/21.00/22.00/23.00.

same here - verification email not reiceived/not working = no access to exchange/funds.

I never ask4 or approved additional security feature - I had password & Authentificator in place and everything was working fine - until Crypto.Com decided to change4bad.

For me this is very, very fishy - also replies of support crypto.com - I cannot access exchange and nft crypto account form desktop anymore - and all they quote is - its not on their behalf/on their side! Who installed the "second security layer"?

Anyhow - I send as proposed by helpdesk crypto.com a request to my mail provider - if this does not solve the issue I will forward the case to my laywer. keep you posted!
