Not receiving password reset email from myspace please help

Hello perform these steps through Outlook.com on the desktop:

Make sure your account's filter settings are not contributing to this problem.

1. In the input box, click the gear icon.
2. Select View all Outlook settings.
3. Click Mail, then Rules, perform one of the actions according to your need: Click Edit next to the rule you want to edit. Or Choose the rule you want to delete and click Delete.

Make sure their domain (ex myspace) is on your Outlook account whitelist.

Check your list of blocked senders

1. In the input box, click the gear icon.
2. Select View all Outlook settings.
3. Click Mail, then Junk Email
4. Under Blocked domains and senders, in the search box look for the name or domain (the part of an email address that follows the @ sign, such as outlook.com) from which you want to receive emails.
6. Click on the trash can to delete.

And add these email addresses to your safe senders list:

1. In the input box, click the gear icon.
2. Select View all Outlook settings.
3. Click Mail, then Junk Email
4. In secure domains and senders
5. Click add.
6. In the text box, enter the email address or domain from which you want to always receive emails.
7. Click Add to list.

Then try again to receive emails from them.

If you are still not receiving emails from them, even after following the steps above, we suggest that you contact the sender. Please inform that your emails are not being delivered to Outlook.com.
They should contact Microsoft support through postmaster.live.com.
