No "download headers only" option available Outlook 365 for Windows

How do I set Download headers only as a default setting?


Settings > Email >Sync Mail says "Unable to load these settings"


When I follow the advice in this link there is no "Download settigns option " available




What now?


Very frustrating. As a user of Outlook 2010, I see very little new and a lot of complication in customizing the software.






Within OL > Send/Receive Tab Send/Receive Groups > Define S/R groups in the resulting window for the group name > Edit > select the mail account and then tick Download only headers

365/OL for these settings is broadly the same as 2010OL

365 is simply a subscription type licence, its not a version as such
