My hotmail account is very slow when using Google Chrome

Hello,

When trying to log in to my hotmail account using Google Chrome browser, the page runs for a long time and does not open.

Is there a way to solve this problem?

Note: This is a user-to-user support forum and I am a fellow user who doesn't work for Microsoft.

Is it the same in other browsers as well? Such as Edge or other browsers that you may have?
Can you make sure to have the latest version of Chrome?
And once you make sure that you have the latest version of Chrome then you should clear your cache and history and see if it starts working properly. Sometimes issues like this can come up if you there is too much cache pilled up.

Thanks for your reply. The Google Chrome I am using is up to date and I have deleted the browser's history and cached images and files many times but the problem still exists.

Note that it only happens with Google Chrome and only with Hotmail page, the other pages open normally.

Hello Ziad, you are welcome.
I see, Can you try an incognito window of Chrome to see if the same issue happens there as well? maybe there is an add-on that is causing this issue.
And as you said this issue occurs only on Google Chrome, so another recommendation could be to open your Outlook account in another browser and leave it open there while you use Chrome for your other tasks.

Thanks Mustafa. I tried through the incognito window but still the same.

I have no problem with other browsers when logging in to Hotmail page, it suddenly happened today while using Chrome as I am using it as a default browser.

I checked my internet connection as well and there was no problem with it. Just to note that I am accessing the internet connection through my iPhone hot spot, but it is not an issue as I was using that before for a long time. I tried to restart my iPhone and reconnect the hot spot again but the problem still on.

It is very strange since I have tried almost all the possible solutions, but for now I will shift all my activities to another browser as a temporary solution.
