My home outlook looks different than the original

Why does my outlook look like this? I want the original outlook that had a bar at the top where you could hit file and change settings, it was white with a ribbon at the top with a lot more options than this version. How do i get that back?

Based on your mentioned description, seems like you are using Windows mail app as Outlook desktop app which is totally different from Microsoft 365 desktop applications.

At once, may I please know detailed steps about how did you install Microsoft 365 desktop applications into the Machine?

The first screenshot shows Windows 10 Mail.

The second screenshot is desktop Outlook.

You want the second taskbar icon.
